Viatris Issues Statement on S&P Credit Rating Change

PITTSBURGH – February 28, 2025Viatris Inc. (Nasdaq: VTRS) today received notice that S&P Global Ratings downgraded Viatris’ credit rating from BBB- to BB+ with a stable outlook.

The Company’s intention is to continue the capital allocation plan described in its February 27, 2025, earnings call.
