From an early age, Yusuf has communicated to the world through art.
A laboratory and veterinary health student at Istanbul University, Yusuf came to Viatris in 2023 to work in the cafeteria and will serve as a lab intern in the coming months. He viewed the job as his first step on his career path.
“Starting somewhere really motivated and delighted me,” he said.
He caught the attention of his colleagues and managers when he posted photos of his oil paintings and drawings on his personal LinkedIn account.

Landscapes, in particular, have been a source of joy for Yusuf since his childhood in Türkiye.
His drawings were so impactful that his managers organized a month-long exhibition of Yusuf’s work – helping him realize a longtime dream.
The event was a first for Viatris Türkiye, illustrating the company’s supportive environment for employees to showcase their talents.

The event was a first for Viatris in Türkiye, illustrating the company’s supportive environment for employees to showcase their talents.
“Every employee has duties they fulfill every day and a potential that they reflect to our company by adding their unique identity,” said Buket, who works in human relations at Viatris, Türkiye. “We received one of the best responses to this approach with Yusuf. His passion made us think about how we can turn this talent into an asset that everyone can be inspired by at Viatris.”
Tayga, Head of the Türkiye/Russia Cluster at Viatris, adds: “Not only did we realize a dream that Yusuf had been dreaming for a very long time, but the paintings were a great motivation for all our colleagues to show the power of their own potential.”
